Privacy Policy

What do we collect?

Only what you type into the application form. The site has no analytics, ad trackers, cookies or local storage.

For technical security (preventing excessive requests) your IP address is kept as an irreversible hash for 24 hours at most; the raw IP is not stored.

Who do we share it with?

A hosting and database provider (Cloudflare). If a separate email service is chosen for notifications it will be listed here. No AI provider processes your application data.

The application notice also lands in the data controller's mailbox; those copies are deleted on the same retention periods.

Transfers abroad

The provider is based abroad.

Records you delete may remain in the hosting provider's backups for a short time.

Health data

The site and the form do not process health data. Do not enter health information in notes.
